Job summary

JPMorganChase in Toronto is seeking an experienced senior banking professional to design and oversee a seamless client onboarding experience for technology companies operating globally.

You will manage client relationships as the primary Product contact, translate feedback into the product roadmap, and track KPIs to optimize profitability while coordinating with legal, risk, and controls to meet regulatory commitments. Undergraduate degree required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Transaction Banking/Payments.
• 5+ years of managing client relationships.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure.
• Knowledge of Payment Rails and Reporting Standards (e.g., CAMT, BAI, EDI).
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization.
• Undergraduate degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and manage onboarding for technology clients across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage client relationships as the first contact for Product.
• Document client feedback to inform the product roadmap.
• Monitor product performance and profitability via KPIs.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
