The role focuses on defining future-state processes, collecting business requirements, and optimizing procurement workflows with Ivalua. The ideal candidate will coordinate UAT, workshops, and system enhancements across stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid environment, liaising with procurement, IT, and operations teams to deliver aligned outcomes and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement processes and Ivalua.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Experience with Source-to-Pay, Vendor Management, and Contract Management.
Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for Procurement and Operations processes using Ivalua.
Analyze Source-to-Pay, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Procurement workflows.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define future-state processes.
Identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements.
Create user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and UAT scenarios.
Support system configuration validation and testing activities.
Coordinate UAT, training, and production rollout activities.
Collaborate with architects, developers, operations, and business teams.
Ensure solutions align with business requirements and operational objectives.
