Job summary

Illumin Holdings Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Procurement Lead to own procurement across the organization, with a primary focus on SaaS, software, technology services, hardware, and other corporate vendors.

You will lead the full procurement lifecycle, negotiate terms, consolidate suppliers, and drive cost optimization as a hands-on contributor. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, HR, Marketing, and business leaders to improve purchasing decisions,

Qualifications

• Deep procurement experience across SaaS, software, tech services, hardware.
• Proven track record of cost savings and strong commercial terms.
• Ability to understand licensing models, pricing structures, and market options.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement lifecycle from sourcing to renewals.
• Drive meaningful cost optimization through negotiations and vendor consolidation.
• Strengthen purchasing decisions with market insight and spend data.
• Manage contracts, renewals, and vendor performance.
• Improve procurement processes, policies, and tools.
