Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience leading stakeholder discussions and eliciting user stories.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and MS Office suite.
• Experience documenting user stories and supporting Agile ceremonies.
• Knowledge of QA, UAT processes, and functional testing support.
• Banking or insurance industry experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst - TPRM/Procurement. This position offers the chance to work within a high-profile Procurement Transformation Program, providing valuable exposure, visibility, and the opportunity for ongoing engagement based on performance.

Pay rate range (CAD): $61.59/hr – $73.91/hr
