Job summary

illum illumin is seeking a Procurement Lead to own the full procurement lifecycle with a focus on SaaS, software, hardware, and technology services. This hybrid role is based in Toronto, reporting to the CFO, and offers visibility across Finance, IT, Security, Legal, HR, and Marketing.

You will drive cost optimization, enforce vendor management best practices, and strengthen purchasing decisions while partnering across the organization to maximize value from vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Deep procurement experience across SaaS, software, hardware, and services.
• Proven ability to drive cost savings and favorable terms.
• Ability to research market options and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes from sourcing to renewal.
• Negotiate terms, consolidate vendors, and optimize licensing.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, HR, Marketing, and leadership.
