Qualifications

• Engage business and IT stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide estimates.
• Document deliverables: requirements, system specs, use cases, data models, risks, and tests.
• Experience across all stages of system implementation in complex solutions.
• Experience implementing business solutions using COTS such as Oracle Siebel.
• AODA compliance experience.
• Nice-to-have: Public sector IT solutions architecture experience.
