Job summary
La Vie en Rose in Montreal is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the Goods and Services division for Canadian and U.S. stores and Head Office, contributing to contract negotiations and supplier follow-ups while delivering a high level of service.
You will negotiate national agreements, coordinate store requests, identify suppliers, monitor inventories, and improve processes, working with internal teams to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English.
- High school diploma with strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
- Good knowledge of SharePoint and data entry practices.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and follow up on supply purchasing contracts and terms.
- Coordinate store and Head Office requests with suppliers and departments.
- Support U.S. stores' procurement needs and operations.
- Review products and services to meet store and Head Office requirements.
- Identify new suppliers in Canada or internationally.
- Monitor supply inventories per schedule.
- Improve processes for store requests and follow-ups.
- Ensure proactive communication with stores and internal teams.
