Job summary

Boutique La Vie En Rose in Montreal is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to optimize the flow of goods with international partners and 3PLs. You will oversee orders from production to final delivery, ensuring compliance with customs and timelines.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Design, DC, Accounts Payable, and Finance, and prepare monthly and annual logistics reports while communicating effectively in French and English to align with suppliers and partners.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent in logistics.
• 3–5 years in logistics or coordination.
• French and English communication.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean freight bookings and supplier follow-ups.
• Work with freight forwarder to manage bookings and monitor shipments.
• Review supplier and freight invoices.
• Ensure shipments comply with regulations and timelines.
• Produce monthly/annual reports for reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Design, DC, Accounts Payable, and Finance.
