Job summary

PeopleFind Inc. is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for a two-year mat leave replacement in the Montreal area. This on-site role offers 18 months of contract with potential extension, and benefits upon hire.

You will coordinate purchasing, manage inventory, and negotiate with suppliers while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Occasional store visits may be required. Ideal candidates have at least two years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Two years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience with inventory management and replenishment.
• Strong supplier negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluently bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service with suppliers and identify alternatives.
• Analyze consumption and coordinate replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Support stores and Head Office with routine supply requests and process improvements.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports and assist departmental projects.
