Job summary

La Vie en Rose Inc. is seeking a Procurement Operations Support Coordinator to help ensure efficient procurement and internal services.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Warehouse and Procurement, you will monitor inventories, orders, and store needs while supporting logistics and process improvement initiatives. The role requires bilingual French and English, experience in admin/logistics, strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, logistics, procurement, order tracking or inventory management is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inventories and ensure data is current.
• Monitor orders, quantities, and recurring needs across stores.
• Analyze data and trends to support decision-making and optimization.
• Assist logistics activities including shipments and material handling.
• Support store openings and internal events with logistics prep.
• Maintain records, carrier address books, procedures and tracking tools.
• Communicate with stores to coordinate follow-ups and requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve department efficiency.
