Job summary

Johnson Electric in Ancaster, ON is seeking a Process Engineer - Automated Assembly to develop and validate automation processes for advanced manufacturing equipment. You will support continuous improvement, run-offs, and factory validation activities, leveraging PLCs, robotics, and CAD tools.

The role requires 5+ years in process engineering for automated assembly, with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and tolerance-capable processes. On-site Ontario position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of process engineering for automated assembly operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation technologies.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process capability analysis.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and robotics.
