Job summary

Swoon is seeking a Service Redesign and Value Stream Consultant to assess and redesign end-to-end services across Commercial Banking, focusing on client onboarding, pricing-to-billing, and lending—delivering improved client experience and measurable value.

You will map current-state value streams, identify pain points and bottlenecks, design future-state services, and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders around redesigned ways of working and ROI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in service redesign, value stream mapping, process engineering, or operational transformation.
• Commercial Banking or financial-services experience.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to connect client-experience improvements to operational efficiency, risk reduction, and ROI.
• Experience developing current-state assessments, future-state designs, and transformation roadmaps.

Process Engineer, Service Redesign – Banking

Position Overview

We are seeking a Service Redesign and Value Stream Consultant to assess and redesign end-to-end services across Commercial Banking. The role will focus on creating connected value streams across areas such as client onboarding, pricing-to-billing, and lending—improving the client experience while delivering measurable operational and financial value.

Client: Canadian Bank

Compensation: T4: $70-$80| IC:$85-$90 PER HOUR

Contract: 12 months +extension

Key Responsibilities
