Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process reengineering/process optimization or management consulting.
• Retail industry experience is imperative.
• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma, process optimization, and advanced analytics.
• Proven project management experience and Agile execution.
• Excellent leadership and facilitation skills with ability to drive consensus.
• Strong change management knowledge.

The Manager, Business Process Reengineering acts as a “conscience” for process improvements and works on conducting ongoing performance monitoring of process metrics, communicating key findings, risks, and opportunities to the AVP of Business Process Reengineering.* Leading and facilitating internal strategic projects focused on process reengineering and redesign.* Applying systems thinking to analyze and improve business processes.* Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process optimization and efficiency.* Managing projects using Agile and traditional project management techniques.* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.* Holding team members accountable for project milestones and deliverables.* Designing and implementing technology solutions, including emerging technologies such as robotic process automation and generative AI.* Conducting advanced data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.* Managing change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.* Providing expert consultation and guidance on process reengineering best practices.**What you bring*** Post-secondary education, preferably in business, engineering, or a related field.* Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process reengineering/process optimization, or management consulting.
