• Long Term Investors : We own three businesses in the lower-middle market and are seeking our fourth platform.
• Search Fund Investors : We support searchers raising a search fund to acquire a business. Currently, we have five active search funds looking for deals.

You are

• A Financial Wizard : You can develop financial models, analyze investment financials, and work with our portfolio companies.
• Experienced with QoE or M&A : You have spent time in an M&A shop doing transaction services or at an accounting firm performing QoE.
• Entrepreneurial : You want to work in an entrepreneurial organization that emphasizes growth and supports great entrepreneurs.
• Analytical Thinker : You enjoy research, developing industry theses, and conducting due diligence on potential investment targets (both independently and alongside our searchers).

Qualifications

• At least one year at an M&A firm doing transactions or at an accounting firm performing QoE.
• CPA and prior entrepreneurial experience (even a failed startup) are a plus.
• Understanding of the search fund model is a bonus!
