As a leader in the independent clearing broker and custodian marketplace, FCC has grown to become the second-largest clearing firm in Canada with $13 billion CAD in assets under administration.
Reporting to the Team Manager, this role is a subject matter expert in all corporate actions, income, and proxy events for securities held domestically and internationally, across multiple systems. Responsibilities include researching and resolving complex issues, processing corporate actions, reviewing tax implications, analyzing and completing legal documentation, reducing firm exposure, processing market claims, handling escalations, interacting with clients, and maintaining relationships with issuers, depositories, brokers, and counterparties.
