We seek well-rounded individuals with excellent academic records, strong technical and analytical skills, and diverse extracurricular involvement. Effective communication, leadership, initiative, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
This role is initiative-driven, with responsibilities including research, report creation, market analysis, supporting corporate access activities, and conducting research projects. The successful candidate will proactively seek learning opportunities and add value.
Must-have: Completion of at least the first year in business, economics, or finance; basic market knowledge; research and analytical skills; motivation and initiative; problem-solving; proficiency in MS Office; availability during global market hours (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Nice-to-have: Enrollment in CFA or related certifications; prior work experience; familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon; language skills; specific coursework or certifications are advantageous.
