• Search Fund Investors: We back searchers raising a search fund to acquire a business. We currently have five search funds we've backed actively hunting for deals.

You are

• Entrepreneurial: You want 3-4 years of lower middle market experience with an investment firm before you plan to head out and acquire your own business.
• Financial Wizard: You can whip out models, analyze investment financials, and keep tabs on our portfolio companies' KPIs.
• Analytical Thinker: You enjoy research, developing industry theses, and conducting due diligence on potential investment targets (both our own and alongside our searchers).

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with a strong background in QoE, due diligence, sell-side, or buy-side.
• CPA is a nice to have.
• Entrepreneurial experience (including startup failures) is a plus.
