Provides support and delivers operational processes to ensure the timely and accurate settlement of Security, Derivative, Foreign Exchange, and Money Market transactions globally. Supports activities like account opening, confirmation, cash management, margin, and collateralization, along with specialized operations such as Asset Servicing, Correspondent Banking Services, and Wire Payment Operations. Ensures compliance with regulatory topics and reporting requirements.

1. Gather and format data into reports and dashboards.
2. Support change management activities.
3. Assist in problem-solving for junior staff.
4. Organize work information for accuracy.
5. Execute routine tasks within SLAs.
6. Follow policies and procedures for transactions and activities.
7. Analyze data to provide insights.
8. Identify issues and resolve discrepancies; escalate as needed.
9. Communicate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
10. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
11. Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements.
12. Participate in process/system development and improvements.
13. Support training and development of tools.
14. Handle complex tasks and escalations.
15. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Proficiency with relevant systems and technology.
• Knowledge of key products, processes, controls, risks, and regulations.
• Strong prioritization, customer service, communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Salary:

$37,500.00 - $69,500.00
