Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Compensation Associate to join our Global Total Rewards Team. Reporting to Manager, Global Executive Compensation & Equity, you will lead the day-to-day administration of compensation programs for our partners and most senior executives. This role will be working within the Canadian and US market. You will be a member of the People Team and work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, payroll, and our business partners. This role is a critical part of our People and Total Rewards team, with significant visibility to all levels across the organization and the opportunity to excel in a dynamic work environment. Apart from the primary focus on executive compensation, the role also offers exciting opportunities to broad-based compensation.
