Job summary

Staples Canada in Mission, BC is hiring for a retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service and promote our print and service offerings.

You will use our selling model to learn products and services and provide informed recommendations, while collaborating with store leaders to hit sales and margin targets. In-store print production and ensuring safety and privacy policies are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas of the store by utilizing our selling model within the store and learning all our products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
