Job summary

Staples Canada in Brandon, Manitoba is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to contribute to print and customer service areas. You will learn our selling model, offer informed recommendations, and collaborate with store leaders to hit sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling transactions via POS, supporting in-store print production, maintaining safety and privacy standards, and stocking prints and supplies. Team-oriented environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas of the store by utilizing our selling model within the store and learning all our products and services to offer informed recommendations.
Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
Perform in-store print production.
Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
