Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in retail; supervisory/coaching preferred.
• 1-2 years in print/graphic communications with working knowledge of design principles.
• Technical acumen to operate computer and printing equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Model and coach selling; supervise production and customer-facing interactions in print and service areas.
• Sales Execution: Communicate and execute promotions; maximize sales while assisting customers.
• Leadership: Lead store areas including cash and print; foster a selling culture with new trends and services.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain store brand standards in print and operations.
• Training & Development: Train associates and support continuous learning.
