Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Victoria.

You will coach the sales team, model exceptional customer service, and help ensure smooth store operations and accurate cash handling on a rotating schedule. With retail experience in cosmetics, you will contribute to achieving sales and service targets while opening/closing the store and participating in day-to-day cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software and demonstrating right to live and work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store operations.
• Demonstrate outstanding coaching and mentoring to the sales team to achieve targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and related store duties.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis as required.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to shoppers to drive sales.
