Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Tax Expert to assist customers with filing their taxes using TurboTax products. You will provide tax guidance, review personal returns, and handle product inquiries in a fully remote, client-facing capacity.

The role requires at least 2 years of paid tax preparation experience and bilingual English/French communication. The position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 20 hours per week and opportunities to grow within our global fintech platform, serving clients

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
Willing to provide CRA RepID (representative identifier) on onboarding.
Experience using professional tax software for personal tax returns, including complex elements (employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, credits, deductions).
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers via video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.
Flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Bilingual English and French proficiency to discuss complex tax topics.

Responsibilities

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, provide tax guidance and review returns for customers doing it themselves.
Utilize government sites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
Work in a virtual, customer-facing role and document interactions for accurate records.
