Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Tax Expert for a virtual, client-facing role in Canada. You will guide customers through tax preparation using TurboTax, review complex returns, and respond to product questions. The role requires bilingual English and French, excellent customer service, and a flexible schedule with at least 20 hours per week.

Base pay ranges by province, with bonuses and equity rewards. Strong communication skills and proficiency with professional tax software are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• CRA RepID required after onboarding to use CRA Represent a Client service.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare/file personal tax returns including complex elements.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products and provide tax guidance.
• Review personal tax returns for customers completing their tax return on their own or full-service preparation; manage product inquiries.
