Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Tax Expert to help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax software in a flexible, virtual setting. You will provide tax guidance, review returns, and handle product inquiries to accelerate prosperity.

You will use government resources and team expertise to deliver clear answers, while documenting interactions for accurate records. The role requires at least 2 years of paid tax prep experience, bilingual English/French skills, and a minimum of 20 hours per week

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Provide CRA RepID to access CRA Represent a Client service.
• Experience using professional tax software for personal returns, incl. complex items.
• Excellent customer service; bilingual in English and French.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Demonstrated bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete taxes using Intuit TurboTax products; provide guidance and review returns.
• Use government websites and resources to deliver correct answers in understandable terms.
• Virtual, customer-facing role using video/audio tools; document interactions for records.
