Intuit is seeking a Tax Expert to help customers prepare personal tax returns using TurboTax, delivering tax guidance and reviewing returns for clients who file themselves. This virtual, client-facing role leverages our video tools and requires bilingual English and French communication.

You will navigate complex tax scenarios (employment, self-employment, rental income, foreign income, credits) and provide accurate, friendly service, with a flexible schedule of at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• CRA RepID required to access CRA Represent a Client service upon onboarding.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal returns including complex elements.
• Able to explain complex tax topics in English and French to clients.
• Flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Demonstrated bilingual proficiency English/French for discussing tax topics.
