Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Tax Expert to assist Canadian clients in completing their tax returns using TurboTax, offering tax guidance and handling complex personal returns. This is a virtual, client-facing position that requires strong communication and accurate record-keeping through video and audio tools.

The role requires at least 2 years of paid tax preparation experience, bilingual English and French, and a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to obtain CRA RepID for Represent a Client service on onboarding.
• Experience using professional tax software for personal tax returns, incl. complex elements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in preparing their tax returns using TurboTax, provide tax guidance, and handle product inquiries.
• Use government sites and resources to deliver accurate answers in understandable terms.
• Work in a virtual, client-facing role using video/audio tools and document interactions for records.
