Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Tax Expert to help clients prepare their tax returns using TurboTax, including complex elements like self-employment and foreign income. The role is virtual, requiring bilingual English and French communication, with a flexible schedule and a minimum of 20 hours per week.

You will use professional tax software and CRA processes to deliver accurate returns while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining secure records via video and audio tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID and access CRA Represent a Client service.
• Experience with professional tax software for filing personal returns including complex elements.
• Bilingual English and French; able to discuss complex tax topics in both languages.
• Flexible schedule, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities
