Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• CRA RepID required to use Represent a Client service after onboarding.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns, including complex elements.
• Able to help clients navigate taxation and enhance our brand.
• Excellent customer service with professional, friendly, and confident video/audio communication.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual in English and French to discuss complex tax topics.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products and provide tax guidance.
• Review personal tax returns and manage product/software inquiries to support full service returns.
• Use government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers and document interactions.
