Job summary

Intuit in Canada seeks a Tax Expert to assist clients in preparing their tax returns using TurboTax products and to provide tax guidance. This virtual, client-facing role involves delivering accurate service and documenting all customer interactions via our video tools.

You will work in English and French, require at least 2 years of paid tax preparation experience, and may need to provide a CRA RepID after onboarding. A flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• CRA RepID (representative identifier) required for CRA Represent a Client service on onboarding.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal returns with complex elements.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxes and enhancing the Intuit brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact via video/audio tools.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
