Job summary

Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for Audi Vaughan in Vaughan, ON. You will lead, coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver an exceptional purchasing experience to customers and ensure achievement of sales targets.

The role requires progressive vehicle retail sales experience, supervisory background is a plus, OMVIC certification and a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales.
• Supervisory experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving abstract.
• OMVIC Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
• Coach, mentor and train Brand Ambassadors to assist customers and structure deals.
• Oversee paperwork, funding post-delivery and follow-up on incentives.
• Implement Pfaff's One Price/One Touch sales process and run fly-bys with customers.
