You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow, coaching staff, and partnering with dentists to optimize performance and patient retention. A patient‑focused, hands‑on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced clinic is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large team and multiple providers.
• Strong knowledge of dental KPIs, scheduling, and treatment acceptance.
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
