Job summary

Smile City Dental in Downtown Toronto is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a busy multi-provider clinic with a hospitality-minded approach.

You will oversee daily operations, coach the team, drive performance, and partner with dentists to optimize patient flow and retention. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven dental management experience.
• Experience leading a large team and multiple providers.
• Strong knowledge of dental KPIs, scheduling, and treatment acceptance.
• Confident, hands-on leadership style.
• Patient-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
