Job summary

Viva Dental in Thunder Bay, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a growing clinic. The role focuses on ownership of daily operations, patient flow, scheduling, inventory, and front/back-office coordination, with a strong emphasis on service excellence and accountability.

You will coach the administrative team, collaborate with the clinical staff, and drive efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction across the practice.

A well-established and growing dental clinic in Northern Ontario is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager who is a strong leader, highly organized, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient and team experience.
