Job summary

Dentalook in Toronto is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Manager - People & Operations to oversee clinics across Downtown Toronto and the GTA. You will lead operational performance, coach Practice Managers, and drive patient experience while optimizing staffing and scheduling.

You will analyze clinic financials, identify opportunities for improvement, and support teams through challenges. The role offers growth with senior leadership and a senior leadership partner.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dental management experience.
• Experience managing a multi-clinic portfolio or high-volume practice.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Comfortable with multiple practice management software platforms.
