Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling during calls.

Expect to drive media strategy, optimize ROAS and deliver quarterly roadmaps. Strong English on live calls with US clients is required; remote collaboration across locations is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels for reliable attribution.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
