Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgets, and narrative on client calls, serving as the strategic voice and decision-maker.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, set budgets, bid strategies, testing, and measure performance with GA4 and tags. Remote-friendly role with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads andMeta
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements
• Experience with multiple clients in an agency
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Urgent care or multi-location experience is a strong plus

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
