Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing to own paid media for roofing clients across markets. You’ll drive targeting, budgeting, and the narrative on client calls, acting as the strategic voice in decision-making.

Bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of ROAS/CPA movement, agency experience across multiple clients, and clear English on US calls. Roofing multi-location experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
