• Rate of Pay: As per the Collective Agreement

• Location: PBGTAW - Mississauga/Brampton
• Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service leading to customer satisfaction.
• Complete diagnostics and repairs efficiently and to company standards.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good, safe condition.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and stock it appropriately.
• Respond to plumbing service calls, including protection plan customers and chargeable services, as well as electric water heater repairs.
• Work safely at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Licensed Plumber in Ontario.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work shifts and perform heavy lifting.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team-focused.
• Customer service commitment.
