What You’ll Do

As an Apprentice Plumber at CWS, you’ll be on the front lines, working hands-on with clients and systems that matter. You’ll:

• Install and service proprietary plumbing technology
• Perform water pressure tests, infrastructure reviews, and site inspections
• Estimate labor and materials for project planning
• Coordinate on-site logistics and educate clients about water-saving solutions
• Communicate daily with your team to ensure alignment with our mission
• Occasionally work overtime to meet critical customer needs

What You Bring to the Team

• 1–5 years' experience in commercial/industrial plumbing
• Experience in commercial/industrial plumbing and related plumbing infrastructure
• Familiarity with PRVs, backflow preventers, booster pumps,
• Valid G-class license with a clean driver’s abstract
• A can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Time management superpowers and customer-first mindset
• Strong communication, accountability, and teamwork
