Job summary

More Than Just Feed Inc is seeking a Plant Production Operator to ensure the timely manufacture of animal feed. This role involves shift work and manual labor in both indoor and outdoor settings. Training is provided; feed mill experience is a plus but not required.

You will join a collaborative team that values initiative, reliability, and quality. Forklift and WHMIS certifications are assets but not required; strong teamwork and safety-mindedness are essential.

Qualifications

• Feed mill production experience is an asset but not required.
• Forklift certification is an asset but is not required.
• WHMIS 2015 certification is an asset but is not required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Accurate manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of feed; monitoring of automated mill software.
• Adhere to production and delivery schedules.
• Inspection, sampling, and receiving of inbound bulk, bagged, and toted ingredients.
• Loadout of product onto outbound bulk/bag trucks.
• Weighing of inbound/outbound trucks.
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment as directed; assist in repair and maintenance projects as required.
• Proactively maintain facility cleanliness.
