More Than Just Feed Inc is seeking a Plant Production Operator in Red Deer, Alberta. This role ensures timely manufacture of animal feed and ingredients, involves shift work, and includes indoor/outdoor environments.

Experience in feed mill production is a plus, forklift and WHMIS are assets, training provided for the right candidate. The successful candidate will contribute to a team that values quality, initiative, and customer focus, while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily

Qualifications

Experience in feed mill production is an asset but is not required.
Forklift certification is an asset but is not required.
WHMIS 2015 certification is an asset but is not required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Accurate manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of feed; monitoring of automated mill software.
Adhere to production and delivery schedules.
Inspection, sampling, and receiving of inbound bulk, bagged, and toted ingredients.
Loadout of product onto outbound bulk/bag trucks.
Weighing of inbound/outbound trucks.
Complete preventative maintenance on equipment as directed; assist in repair and maintenance projects as required.
Proactively maintain facility cleanliness.
