Job summary

Sharpe Farm Supplies Ltd. in Port Perry, Ontario, is seeking a Production Associate to support our feed production operations. You will safely operate production equipment, move bags, and help prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year of agriculture experience preferred, ability to lift 25 kg, and a valid driver’s license. Workdays are Monday to Friday in a clean, collaborative environment with competitive

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to produce, pack and store feed.
• Lift and move 25kg (55lb) feed bags.
• Stack and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Operate forklift and receive ingredients into the mill.
• Maintain rigorous quality control to meet specs.
• Interact positively with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements.
• Uphold safety policies and procedures.

Primary Duties

• Safely and effectively operate various production equipment to produce, pack and store feed
• Lift and move 25kg (55lb) feed bags
• Stack and prepare finished products for shipment
• Operate a forklift and receive ingredients into the mill
• Maintain rigorous quality control, ensuring all products meet or exceed company specifications
• Positively interact with customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements
• Uphold strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
