Canada Packers Inc. is seeking a Production Operator at the Landmark Feed Mill. This full-time role involves working with machines to produce high-quality animal feed in a safe, team-driven setting.

The position requires rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour. You will join a collaborative team with maintenance technicians and truck drivers to meet daily production goals, troubleshoot small issues, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment to produce animal feed.
• Complete paperwork for assigned tasks and maintain records.
• Follow manufacturing practices and safety policies.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean work area.
• Run plant equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate changes to Team Lead.

About This Opportunity

Location: Landmark Feed Mill

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Salary: Starting wage from $19.00 per hour.

As a Production Operator at Canada Packers, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality animal feed in a safe, efficient, and team-driven environment. This position is part of a collaborative team that includes maintenance technicians and truck drivers, all working together to meet daily production goals. Responsibilities

• Working with machines, equipment & computer systems to produce animal feed
• Completing required paperwork for assigned tasks
• Following manufacturing practices & safety policies
• Following housekeeping standards
• Operation of plant equipment to achieve daily production targets
• Performing troubleshooting and minor repairs on machinesCommunicating any changes in product flow, equipment malfunctions, shortages or deviations from specifications to Team Lead or Maintenance
• Collecting raw material and final product samples and performing tests to ensure raw material and final product meet specifications
• Measuring & weighing of ingredients
• Following quality standards and ensuring proper documentation for feed safety

Skills & Experience
