Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Mirabel is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to be the first contact with clients, welcoming them with empathy and professionalism, and supporting prescription preparation.

You will identify needs by collecting data, prepare prescriptions, and may assemble pillboxes, while keeping the laboratory clean and orderly. Full paid training is offered; basic French is required.

Job description

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• Be the first contact with the clientele, so that they feel at ease; your welcome, your empathy and your professionalism will be put to good use;
• Identify the needs of the clientele by collecting the necessary data for the preparation of prescriptions;
• Prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the clientele;
• For some PJC, prepare pillboxes;
• Ensure the hygiene and tidiness of the laboratory in order to facilitate its proper functioning.

To hold this position, it is possible:

• Holding a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) as a Pharmacy Technical Assistance is a strong asset
