Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Saint-Jérôme is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. You will warmly welcome clients, assess their needs, and help collect data for prescriptions while upholding confidentiality and accuracy.

You will prepare prescriptions, detect potential issues, and assist with pillbox preparation where needed. Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory is essential to ensure smooth workflows and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service orientation and empathy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team.
• French language: Very good knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact with the clientele, so that they feel at ease; your welcome, your empathy and your professionalism will be put to good use;

• For some PJC, prepare pillboxes;

• Holding a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) as a Pharmacy Technical Assistance is a strong asset
