Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates required documentation and daily handoffs for prior authorization, clinical review, and related operational requests.
• Reviews claims, orders, refill activity, shipment details, and inventory to identify discrepancies and complete corrective actions.
• Tracks backorders, substitutions, replenishment updates, and product availability to support continuity of operations.
• Documents workflow activity and required records to maintain traceability and privacy, safety, and audit standards.
• Communicates workflow status and missing information to pharmacists, payers, service teams, and approved contacts.
• Shares standard process guidance and supports updates to checklists, templates, or workflow notes after review.
