Job summary

Cencora Canada is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists and technicians in prescription intake, verification, and fulfillment processes. You will help ensure accurate documentation, timely handoffs, and compliant operations across daily workflows.

The role requires proficiency with Kroll Pharmacy software and Microsoft Office, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities. Bilingual English/French is an asset in our Canada operations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy support experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Kroll Pharmacy software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions with pharmacist or technician assistance.
• Assist patients at pickup of prescriptions.
• Process prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy software.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and data.
• Verify correct prescription delivery to customers and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and order medications.
• Process billing, claims, and related documents.
