• Coordinates required documentation and daily handoffs for prior authorization and clinical review within defined timelines.
• Reviews claims, orders, refill activity, shipment details, and inventory to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Communicates workflow status and issues to pharmacists, technicians, payers, and service teams; documents activity for traceability.
